o We are a Self-Expression & Individuality Fashion clothing brand dedicated to design shirts and accessories empowering self-expression. Our goal is to provide unique designs on well-crafted pieces that you'll love to wear every day.
- Where are you based?
o Our web shop is based in the Netherlands, but our products are printed and shipped from our partner Spreadconnect in Germany. All Idyo Clothing orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partner in Germany. This allows us to offer you speedy delivery across Europe.
- How can I contact you?

- Do you have a physical store?
o Not at the moment! We are an online-only brand, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and focus on creating the best design on products for you.
Sizing & Fit
- How do I choose the right size?
- o We want you to be 100% happy with your fit! We provide a detailed size guide for each product, including garment measurements (in inches and cm) for chest, waist, hips, and length. You can find it on each product. Tip: Measure your favorite similar garment and compare it to our chart for the best results.
- Do your items run true to size?
o Our items are generally designed to fit true to size. However, for a specific "oversized" or "slim" fit, we always note it in the product description. Checking the detailed size guide is the most reliable way to ensure a perfect fit.
- What if the item doesn't fit?
o No worries! We offer easy returns and exchanges for unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy . We recommend our customers to contact Idyo clothing at info@idyoclothing.com before returning any products. We may ask you to provide us:

Products & Materials
- What are your clothes made from?
o We are committed to quality and responsibility. We primarily use materials like 100% organic cotton, recycled polyester. The specific fabric composition is listed on each product. Spreadconnect has expanded its sustainable offerings to include products made from materials like organic cotton.
- How do I care for my Idyo garment?
o To ensure your pieces last a long time, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. Proper care helps maintain the color and fabric quality.
- Are your products ethically made?
o Absolutely. Spreadconnect doesn't have a single certification, but its suppliers (as Stanley & Stella, B&C, Spreadshirt, Sol's etc) are certified in various ways, particularly concerning ethical manufacturing and quality. Manufacturers are often certified by third-party organizations like WRAP for ethical and humane production standards. Additionally, there are EU certifications that highlight the quality and environmental standards of fabrics.

- Where do you ship?
o Below is a complete list of all the countries that Spreadconnect cannot process orders for. Our webshop is based in the Netherlands (Europe)

- What are my shipping options and costs?
o We offer several shipping options at checkout, with prices calculated based on your location and order weight.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
o Each order will be processed within 48 hour. Please allow 2-14 business days for your order to be delivered to you.
Delivery time:
Europe: 2-5 business days.
Rest of World: 3-14 working days.
- Do you offer order tracking?
o Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
- My tracking hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?
o Carrier tracking can sometimes be delayed. If it's been more than 3-5 business days with no movement, please contact us at info@idyoclothing.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- What is your return and exchange policy?
o We offer returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- How do I start a return or exchange?
o We recommend our customers to contact Idyo clothing at info@idyoclothing.com before returning any products.
- How long does it take to process a refund?
o After you notify us of your return, we will quickly arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to be processed. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Who pays for return shipping?
o The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you are exchanging for a different size, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Payment & Promotions
- What payment methods do you accept?
o We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, Maestro, Apple Pay and IDEAL.
- Is my payment information secure?
o Completely. Yes, a Shopify checkout is secure because Shopify provides automatic security through features like SSL certificates, 3D Secure, and built-in PCI DSS compliance.
- I have a discount code, but it's not working.
o Please double-check the spelling and any conditions (e.g., minimum spend, applicable items, expiration date). If it's still not working, contact us at info@idyoclothing.com and we'll be happy to help.
