  4. Tracking and Customer Service: We provide tracking information to the customer and handle any customer service inquiries regarding the order

  1. The reason for return.
  2. We may ask to provide us photo's. We want to give our customers the quality guarantee  of products they paid for.
  3. The place where your package was sent out from.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
